Is there anyway to correct left bottom eyelid swelling without having an eye surgery?

About 3 years ago I had an eye infection (eye sty) but since then my left bottom eyelid have been swollen. Is there any way to correct this? Without having an eye surgery, if not how extensive of an surgery would I be having.

There is very little disparity between your eyelids. I would recommend that you do not alter your appearance at this time and wait until you age to try to correct any minor differences. Surgery could result in a worse result.
