They do not look like milia. They look like something we call suture tracts which are little bridges of skin that form over the sutures. This can happen sometimes. We treat this by opening the "bridge" or just excising it and let it heal in.

These marks are not milia. They are likely related to the technique that was used to close the incision. You mentioned that you have tried lase but you didn't mention what type of laser. I have had good results with CO2 laser treatment with these kind of problems. Otherwise, re-excision of skin may be necessary.

If this situation makes you worry about it, I recommend minimal approach scar revision surgery under local anesthesia . I think your wound healing period is over.
