I had an upper bleph in June 2020 by a (verified) Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon. Procedure non -eventful/appeared to be healing normally. Over the last year I have had 9 follow up visits. I have been told these bumps are “Melia” but the 6 laser treatments and it is not resolving, if this could be something else. Has anyone seen this type of healing before? Female, age 60, 5'6, 147, light to medium skin tone
