How can I achieve the hunter eye/almond eye look? (Photo)

Question

So I have been noticing that my eyes look uneven and even tired in pictures, it doesn't have that "commanding stare" look per se, what surgery/surgeries can be done to achieve the hunter eye look? PS The first two are the desirable outcome, the last one is mine.

When you request "hunter" eyes, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. We have no surgery that delivers "hunter eyes." Generally it is a relaxed eyebrow with a normal upper eyelid. But there is another component to 'hunter eyes." The photographs showing what the requestor means are always of incredibly handsome actors often with very striking eye areas. So many factors go into making that appearance. You do have upper eyelid ptosis and likely there is a compensatory eyebrow elevation.  Correcting the upper eyelids will allow the brows will relax a bit and help you and may help look more like the models.

Your problem is ptosis (droop) of the upper lids. You need an exam by an expert in treating ptosis. Your brows are quite low and may be impinging on the lids and pushing them down or there may be another cause. Any are correctable after correct diagnosis.
