I had implants removed 6/23 and then replaced months later. My question is why does the left look like this? I understand that my healing process is different due to revision etc but the skin is so tight at the bottom of the breast. I have tried massage, straps, muscle relaxers, tiger balm, compression etc. Love my doctor just wanting more opinions as he hasn’t seen this before. Left is 520cc HP and right 480cc. I am 5’1 and 112lbs

Your implants are bottoming out because they are too large and heavy for your tissue. I would suggest going smaller than 400 cc's and doing another lift. You might now need mesh as well.
