Your surgeon may recommend changing the type or size of implants or even replacing them to address changes in breast shape and volume. Once you are to have the breast lift revision, you can either keep the same implant, remove the implant or change it to a different size. Be sure to see a Board-Certified PS for your best results.

It is not uncommon for breasts to change with pregnancy and breast feeding. Surgery should be deferred until after breast feeding and pregnancy weight stabilization.
Bottoming out is when a large part of the breast tissue and/or the implant falls below the nipple leaving the nipples too high. Options include revision of the breast lift with lowering of the nipple with or without breast implant exchange and trying to improve asymmetry.

First would be an explantation and a substantial reduction in the overall size of your breast to get a normal shaped breast, but much smaller with more appropriate nipple placement. Your right nipple may or may not be OK in its placement depending on the bottom of your breast crease. Side photographs would help and certainly an in person consultation.
