I had a breast reduction and lift many years ago , and several years later I decided to do silicone implants due to weight loss. I had a baby after that, but I feel like my breasts really changed. In fact my nipple are really embarrassing, they are different in placement. One is much higher and shows through every shirt or bra I wear !

Answer: Breast lift revision It is not uncommon for breasts to change with pregnancy and breast feeding. Surgery should be deferred until after breast feeding and pregnancy weight stabilization.
