So I previously posted about waterfall deformity and have since had revision using a full lift and lower placement of implants …. But I have the same problems as before with more scars what can I do….
Answer: Revision surgery Dear Easygoing467984, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Lift The lower breast has not been lifted enough and can be lifted again to match the opposite side. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Easygoing, I'm not sure what constitutes a "full lift" in Scotland, but it does not appear that you've had a full lift. Perhaps you should seek a second opinion regarding a circumvertical, or "lollilop" breast lift. Good luck!

Answer: Breast revision outcome It’s hard to interpret your pictures. I suggest posting results with a complete set of proper before and after pictures. Used to pictures your provider took. If you don’t have them, ask them to forward them. It looks to me like you were in need of a proper breast lift that includes the incisions that come with it. Are your implants placed under the pectoralis muscle? That may also be contributing. In the end, not everybody is an ideal candidate for breast documentation. The outcomes are generally based on the patient’s candidacy for the procedure and how well the procedure was done. I think in your case there is a little bit of both going on. That means your candidacy for the procedure is a little bit limited, and your surgeon could’ve perhaps done a slightly better job with the revision. I’m not sure what the conversation was or if you’re open to having a proper breast lift. I suggest you rely on in person second opinion consultations. Posting on this website isn’t really gonna get you what you need. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
