I am looking for your advice on which facial procedures you feel would make me look younger and perhaps help with the asymmetry. Ten years ago I had bells palsy and as you can see there is some drooping on the left side of my face. (right side in photo). I appreciate your expertise and suggestions. Thank you!

I would recommend a facelift and browlift. The browlift will lower your hairline, decrease the vertical height of the forehead and raise your eyebrows. The facelift will improve the rhytids of the face, particularly your neck. These procedures will not cure Bells Palsy but you should have significant improvement in your appearance.

I have performed a number of facelifts in patients with residual asymmetry after Bell’s palsy which is aggravating g by changes of aging. A deep pl e facelift has improved greatly both the changes of aging and the asymmetry by tightening the superficial muscle fascia layer as part of the procedure which is significantly affected by the combination of aging and asymmetric muscle function.  I am confident that a well done  lower facelift with a full release and repositioning of the superficial muscle fascia layer would help substantially

A facelift procedure would improve your upper cheeks, lower face, and neck.  Any SMAS tightening procedure would be good but I would recommend the deep plane facelift for longevity of results.  A photo at rest would help determine if a more aggressive approach on the Bell's palsy side would be a consideration.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Mild residual deformity may be treated with Botox by means of weakening the healthy side to mimic  partially paralyzed one. If you decide to go with a more aggressive procedure than a combination of sling support for smile and lips, combined with a face lift would be a procedure of choice. It would be in your best interest to have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in treatment of facial palsy. Good luck.

A face neck lift would improve your facial appearance. There will still be some assymmetry but the overall appearance of your face will improve. I would see a plastic surgeon and discuss the details of this procedure.
