Which procedure would correct asymmetry and help me achieve a younger appearance 10 years after Bells Palsy? (photo)

AJFA
I am looking for your advice on which facial procedures you feel would make me look younger and perhaps help with the asymmetry. Ten years ago I had bells palsy and as you can see there is some drooping on the left side of my face. (right side in photo). I appreciate your expertise and suggestions. Thank you!
