Help I'm a 35 year old Polynesian female. I need to know which procedures do I need to slim my big face. I've had both chin liposuction and buccal fat removal done in the past.

From the photos, your face appears broad mainly in the midface and lower-face/jawline proportions rather than from one isolated pocket of fat. Since you have already had buccal fat removal and chin liposuction, more fat removal may not make the face much smaller and can sometimes create hollowing or an aged look over time.

The right option depends on what is creating the width. If the masseter muscles are bulky, Botox to the masseters can slim the lower face gradually. If there is residual soft tissue under the jawline, careful revision contouring, skin tightening, or energy-based treatment may help, but only if there is something measurable to treat. If the width is mostly cheekbone or jawbone structure, non-surgical treatments will have limited effect, and skeletal procedures are much bigger operations with important risks and tradeoffs.

A facelift is usually not the main procedure for making a 35-year-old face smaller unless there is clear skin laxity or jowling. An in-person exam with review of your prior operative details is important before considering more volume removal. The goal should be better proportions and definition rather than trying to erase your natural facial structure.

You might get some good results using Botox to help decrease the size of your jaw muscles. this may need to be done over a couple of sessions so that you get good results without too much weakness.  also, microneedling with radiofrequency can help tighten your skin.
