I plan on getting chin filler to fix my mental crease however do you think a chin implant would also benefit/balance out my face in addition to the filler for my crease?

Thank you for your pictures. I agree with your Plastic Surgeon . Your chin looks pretty good. I would leave well enough alone. If you want more balance between your chin and nose, I think that you should address this balance via rhinoplasty.
