Loved my surgeon and had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process but they did not even come close to the look I was wanting. I feel like they sag a lot. When I'm wearing a bra they look wonderful. But I wanted a more fake rounded look. He told me going over 375cc (he actually went 385cc saline submuscular) wouldn't be ideal because he does not do Dolly Parton boobs and wanted them to look proportional to my body. Which I understand. Is there something I can do to help the sagging?

Answer: Implant replacement Thanks for your question! Your breasts are not saggy. In fact, you got a great surgical result. However, if you want a fuller, more "high profile" implant look, you could replace the implants to go larger and more projecting. Good luck!

Answer: Natural Result The larger the breast and/or breast implant the more potential there is for some overhang/crease on the upper abdomen. Your baseline skin laxity, breast volume and the final implant volume all play a factor. Your result appears to be quite good based on the photo - but if that's not achieving your goals you could upsize. Going bigger could make them "sag" more though. I frequently incorporate internal bra meshes to reinforce the lower fold/skin. Nothing can withstand gravity forever though. If I was your surgeon I would encourage you to give them some more time vs rushing into a revision. Larger implants could lead to more revisions for other reasons. Need to consider all the pros/cons.

Answer: Not what I wanted An in person evaluation is best but from the posted photo it appears that the nipple position is correct and wouldn't indicate a lift is recommended. Did you select high profile implants? That may provide more upper pole fullness. I encourage you to visit with a few board certified plastic surgeons for personalized recommendations.
