I am 46. I am just a bit overweight, by 15 lbs. I am unhappy with my jowls and the lack of a jawline. I have also had undereye bags for quite a while. I don't want to change my looks, but I definitely need a fresher look. I want less scarring and as natural as possible.

Many thanks for posting your question and photosI think there is no doubt a lower belparhoplasty (perhaps incorporating a superficial mid-face lift) will freshen up your appearance, with minimal obvious scarring.Whilst a "mini-lift" may sound appealing, in my experience, it would not deliver a satisfactory result, and the scars are not that far off of a formal facelift - something to consider when weighing up your optionsGood luck in taking things forwards

Answer: What can be done to improve my appearance? You would benefit from both of a Facelift and a lower lid bleph. You would benefit from a canthoplasty at the same time to protect you from a change to your lower lid position and shape.
