Thank you for your question.Based on your photos, I think you would be a good candidate for Minilift and lower bleph. The Minilift will take care of everything from the eyes down. The lower bleph will remove the fullness of the lower lids and tighten the skin.

You would benefit from both of a Facelift and a lower lid bleph.  You would benefit from a canthoplasty at the same time to protect you from a change to your lower lid position and shape.

Thank you for your question and pictures.  You would be a good candidate for Lower Blepharoplasty.  This procedure aims to address the bags under the eyes.  Excess skin and removal of the fat can smooth the contour between the lower eyelid and the cheeks.  This can be performed under a local anaesthetic or twilight sedation.  If you wanted to improve the contour of your neck then Vaser Liposuction with Renuvion (skin tightening) could give more of an L shaped neck.  This gives a youthful and slimming appearance. This can also be performed under a local anaesthetist or twilight sedation (whichever you prefer). All The Best

Pretty much any facelift will involve incisions around the ear but they heal really well. I’m not a fan of mini lifts because they often leave disappointing results. I believe there is no shortcut to a good result. Just get a properly done facelift from a good surgeon. Lower lid surgery would be helpful to reduce puffiness.

Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a mini facelift with a neck lift.  If good technique is used, this can be done with minimal scarring and can result in a natural look, not over-done look, with rejuvenation of your face.  Lower eyelid blepharoplasty can be performed at the same time.   Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

amb46I appreciate your concerns and it appears from your photos that you would benefit from a mini facelift combined with lower eyelid blepharoplasty. With regard to your lower eyelids, you simply need the herniated fat to be plucked away for a dramatic improvement.My favorite technique for the face is the MACS short scar Mini-Facelift.
