I am currently have mentor implants filled to 750cc. They are 11 years old, plus I have had a child. They are crazy heavy and I am so tired of looking like a [RS bleep] star. But I do likethe high profile look. I think I will need a lift and implant. Thinking 500 saline? I went to a consultation and the doc recommended going under the muscle 500 silicone and lift to eliminate skin. He claims that I will b a hard case, but that makes him excited. Terrifies me!!
Answer: Implant exchange and mastopexy If you want to have smaller breasts, you will need to remove your existing implants and replace them with smaller ones. You will almost certainly require a mastopexy as well. You will be a difficult case to be certain. 750 cc implants are quite oversized for your height and weight. Your breast skin envelope is likely stretched and quite thin. This will make a mastopexy and implant exchange difficult. I would suggest removal of the implants first. Allow the skin envelope to recover for about 1 month or so. And then proceed with a breast lift. After the lift has healed, you could replace the implants with smaller ones. There are other ways to approach your situation, but that would be my suggestion.

Answer: Decreasing the size of implants It's hard to say without seeing you, but I commonly have women go down in size. A higher profile implant and sometimes a lift is needed to keep the breast aesthetics nice.

Answer: How can I get cute medium sized Barbie doll boobs? It is difficult to give you good advice without viewing pictures or without examination. Based on your description however my initial thoughts would be that you will benefit from downsizing of breast implants, careful selection of the breast implant size/volume that will help achieve the rounder look you are looking for, breast lifting surgery, and possibly the use of acellular dermal matrix for additional support. I would suggest that you select your plastic surgeon carefully. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work helping patients achieve the outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, it will be important for you to communicate your goals carefully. In my practice, the use of goal pictures are very helpful during this communication process.
