Is movement of an implant under the nipple normal? (Photo)

I had a BA on May 9, 2014. I had Mentor Memory Gel, 425 cc's under the muscle with under the breast crease incision. I have done very well. Minimum pain and swelling. They have already dropped pretty much where they are going to be. But for the last day or so I am feeling movement directly under my right nipple. When I bend over or turn around from the waist up, I feel like the implant is moving directly under my nipple. That is the only place I feel it. Is this normal?
