I am 22 years old and had my surgery when I was 18. it was a little crooked from the start, but not as bad as it is now. after 4 years i can see how crooked my nose really is and it's getting worse every day, it feels like my bones are shifting. my whole nose, especially the bridge of my nose, hurts and burns. I think it even affected the veins on my forehead, because the vein between my eyebrows hurt sometimes too. What should I do now? Would I benefit from an revision? I am a heavy smoker btw.

You may be concerned that your nose is wider. Before your revision, you had many stigmata of rhinoplasty, and now they are gone. And your nose will continue to narrow over the next 6 months. Insofar as your breathing, an examination would be required. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you're going through this. When there is collapse, especially with breathing in, the best option is to strengthen the nose with your own cartilage for structural support. This helps both aesthetically and functionally. However, revision surgery is more...
Hi @iveth. Thank for you for sharing your photos. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination.
Best of luck,
