Will I need reconstructive or revision rhinoplasty to fix the collapsed cartilage on the side of my nose?

I had two pervious rhinoplasties and the right side of my nose seems to have collapsed. The left side has two indents from what seems to be th kenalog injection. I'm two years post op from my revision surgery. I'm so disappointed. I went to a very well known rhinoplasty surgeon. What do I need to do to fix this? Uneven nostrils as well.
