I had a revision septorhinoplasty six months ago to address my dorsal fullness and significantly deviated sigmoid shaped septal deformity. My surgeon used an open approach to rasp the dorsal hump, perform a septoplasty, lateral osteotomies, right inferior turbinectomy, and place 1-2 mm spreader grafts in bridge. Not only am I unable to breathe better but the bridge and tip of my nose are significantly larger than before surgery. Is another surgery necessary or can anything else be done?
