I had filler in my nose 3 years ago and it wasn’t quite right ( they made the nostrils look completely unsymmetrical) , so they injected something to breakdown the filler. I’ve now had nose bleeds everyday in one nostril for 3 years. Can I do anything to stop them ?

Five days is too early to tell whether or not the product should be dissolved. I would suggest waiting at least three to four weeks before any other intervention.
Vascular events like necrosis, embolism, stroke, and blindness tend to occur relatively soon after a procedure has been performed. The ration your cheeks is likely due to a contact dermatitis of sorts. Perhaps the prep that was put on your face, or a new hand moisturizer, or a new cosmetic...
