I got a crease in my side 5 days ago, 4 weeks post op Vaser Lipo on stomach. What else can I do for it? (photo)

Swelling post-lipo can persist for months, so it's important to be on the right after care protocols. I recommend following up with your physician about their suggested after care protocol. I have my patients wear compression for 3 to 6 weeks straight then overnight for 3-6 months after their procedure. I suggest adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding Vanquish for further fat removal; truSculpt iD, Exilis, Forma, and Venus Legacy for additional skin tightening; and Cellutone / ZWave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.
It will take 6 to 12 months to see the final outcome.  If you are noticing creasing from your garment, your plastic surgeon can place a cushion of foam between your skin and the garment to provide added protection against creasing. Contact your plastic surgeon's office and follow up with them.

A crease that has persisted for the past five days may be permanent. If aggressive massage has not taken care of it, you may need to have a revision to lift the adhesion. However, you are still early out of surgery, and it may very well work its way out! Time will tell.. It would be best to make an appointment with your plastic surgeon to a plan of action.

 At four weeks you're starting to get an idea of what your final results will look like.  Previous to this you had swelling to the point of not seeing your final outcome.  As the swelling resolves your results based on how the procedure was performed are now starting to come to life.  I typically tell patients in six weeks you get a sneak preview of your final results but three months is required until you should not expect changes by waiting longer.  The uneven contour on your body is purely related to how the procedure was performed. This has nothing to do with massage or compression garments.  It's simply not possible to change your own fat distribution through physical manipulation after surgery.  Give this  3 to 6 months then discuss your outcome with your provider.  There's nothing you can do to change your outcome.  It's difficult to make an accurate assessment based on the real self post even with good pictures.  So take this for what it is. A
compression garment is worn after surgery to control swelling and prevent
bleeding. It does not result in reshaping, but may prevent hematoma or
seroma. Some surgeons recommend use for 4-6 weeks, some longer, some
shorter. Some do not recommend compression at all. Every plastic surgeon has
his / her unique protocol for postoperative care based upon a lifetime of
experience with what has worked best in the past. 
The
garment should be snug but not tight. If it binds, a larger size may be
required. Allergy or hypersensitivity to garment material can be troubling. 
I
recommend you make your surgeon aware of your concern.
