Calf liposuction... does not exist... it is a legend, a myth; when calves are thick is due to the muscular shape and size, the bones may influence too, and as is quite understandable liposucion has no role there; I advice you seriously agains calf liposuction.Viewing your pics you have very good...

 Occasionally patients are dissatisfied with results of liposuction. This is not malpractice. However your surgeon should do everything available to improve the outcome.

Hi. In the State of Florida there are certain rules that guide the amount of fat to be extracted. In an out patient setting when no other procedure is done, the limits are 4,000 CCs of pure fat. if combined with another procedure such as a tummy tuck, then the most you can remove is 1000 CCs....

I am afraid your problem has no techinical solution; you mentioned ultrasound, ok, what about your TSH, T4 and T3 levels in blood? you look a lot like haveing goitre.

This is one of my fav areas to lipo if you are a candidate.  If it is not done properly it can give horrible results with irregularity and flatening.  I suggest only going to an expert who specialzes in this type of leg liposuction.  Best, Dr. Emer,

 If your surgeon prescribed antibiotics after liposuction this could cause diarrhea. You should report this to your surgeon.
