Can I sue for medical practice after lipo?

After micro body contouring I am left with a dent in my right butt cheek and a flatter butt cheek with almost no crease underneath it. The thing is I never asked them to touch my butt, in fact I warned not too before. I was in contact with their corporate but they decided not to help to fix anything, do you think I have a case of medical malpractice?

I am afraid your problem has no techinical solution; you mentioned ultrasound, ok, what about your TSH, T4 and T3 levels in blood? you look a lot like haveing goitre.

This is one of my fav areas to lipo if you are a candidate.  If it is not done properly it can give horrible results with irregularity and flatening.  I suggest only going to an expert who specialzes in this type of leg liposuction.  Best, Dr. Emer,

 If your surgeon prescribed antibiotics after liposuction this could cause diarrhea. You should report this to your surgeon.

I would have to see pictures or examine you to make a determination.  I would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as before...
