As you can see my bottom looks really odd ,I'm not a young woman so I was pleased with it but now it looks horrible , thinking of having more fat in that side , and maybe take some skin off both sides so it doesn't look so saggy

Answer: Further lipofilling The infero lateral (lower outer) area of the buttock is the trickiest to fill and to maintain the fat specially when doing superficial fat transfer of fat. You can have more fat transferred to that area, and may need some skin tightened on the lower buttocks (lower buttock lift). To reduce the chances of buttock flattening you need to avoid sleeping on your back or sitting with pressure on the buttocks for 3 weeks post op.

Answer: I had a BBL 2 years ago. The fat has disappeared on the bottom half of one side. Should I have more fat in that side? Thanks for using RalSelf. I "fix" many of these deformities. But there is NEVER a guarantee to results. I would offer 3 options: 1. Re lipo/Re BBL Fee $7,999. 2. Non Surgucal BBL using Sculptra injections under local anesthesia. Amounts either 200 mixed cc's or 400 mixed cc's. Fees respectively $7,000 or $12,000. 3. Both 1 & 2 Fee $15,000 .
