I don’t want a tummy tuck. I hate the scar. Can I still get a BBL?

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. BBL would leave a lot of loose skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

If you think back on what your abdomen looked like before your pregnancy then that difference is pregnancy related changes. These are not fat related but are related to abdominal skin laxity and muscle separation.

To correct those you need a full tummy tuck.

Liposuction will make your midsection slightly smaller but otherwise it will look the same.

If that’s OK with you then skip the tummy tuck.

Don’t expect Liposuction to deliver tummy tuck results on someone who needs a tummy tuck.
