I had lip fillers 5 days ago and my lips feel tight and sore. What do you recommend? (Photos)

Swelling and/or tenderness can be typical and may be asymmetrical. Icing, arnica and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.

You are only a 5 days in and will need to allow 2 weeks for the bruising and swelling to go down fully before results can be seen.  It is common to have bruising, swelling & uneveness after lip injections and this can vary in degree from person-to-person and amount of filler administered etc. If you're still concerned in two weeks then return to your injector for an evaluation but always see a reputable Injector who is properly qualified.  Use can also try using Arnica cream or pillules, ice cold compress and also a good balm.

It has only been 5 days, allow healing to take place for 2 weeks and then see.  Minor umps and lumps that you can’t see but can feel are normal. Your lip shape looks great. Massage them and keep them moist with lip balm.
