210cc, 9 months post-op, why are my breasts like this & what can I do to correct it? (Photos)

I had 210 cc breast implant in aprils 2022, within 6 weeks it’s was clear there was an issue with them, I feel this has got worse over time. Why does one look much larger and sit totally different?

Your photos suggest that one implant is sitting lower than the other. To reposition this is a relatively straight forward procedure. A visit to your surgeon would be appropriate to discuss your options. There may be other issues as well, but a physical examination would be required to confirm this.

Loren,
You have several things going on.  First, the left breast in the photo had an area that has bottomed out and requires suturing of the crease area internally to repair this.  You have wide cleavage (which may be due to your anatomy and the smaller choice of implants).  It is difficult to tell if the right breast capsule may require opening it in a few areas to improve the shape.

The implant on the right side of the pictures is bottomed out and you need a repair of the pocket. This can be done with sutures and sometimes ADM materials.
