Breast lift/aug almost 3 months ago with 475 Demi/500 cc full silicone implants under the muscle. How can I fix this? (Photo)

Hello and thank you for posting. It is hard to evaluate with these photos but it seems like you need a revision, especially on your left side. Falling side ways is natural and can happen after a lift but if you feel it is too much, then a breast lift with pocket revision is a good idea. Your implant pockets might be too wide, this may be why your implants slip and fall sideways.

My recommendation is a breast lift revision for symmetry and extra lift; so there is less displacement of the breast tissue. Plus pocket revision to make the pockets smaller and tighter, so they are more snug on the implants. This helps them from sliding sideways.

Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to breast revision. Although your pictures are somewhat limited, it appears that you would need a significant pocket modification which would include an internal bra, otherwise known as capsulorrhaphy as well as a lift-mastopexy.
