Thank you for your question. It is hard to say what procedure you would benefit from the most without examining you. Please visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation. Hope this helps,Dr. German Newall
In my practice I have gotten amazing results with micro liposculpture. Highly experience dependent.
It is difficult to tell if you would need a bra line back lift or just liposuction without any pictures, an in person consultation would be best for a detailed exam and evaluation.Always see a board certified PS.
Dear sipota,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Probably liposuction, but unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
The best procedure for bra fat is liposuction. If you have extra skin on top of the fat that is producing a lot of skin folding, then you may need a surgery to remove the extra skin and keep the incision hidden behind the bra strap. Most patients do not need a skin removal however since the skin of the back is the most elastic skin on the body and tends to shrink down very well after liposuction. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Liposuction IS surgery, just to clear that up. While sometimes it can be done under local anesthesia (especially in limited areas), it still requires incisions and the cannula used to remove the fat is going under the skin into the fat plane, which is a surgical procedure. Both the bra roll in the mid back (which is fat that gets squished into a bulge by the backstrap of the bra) and the fullness along the side of the breast (lateral to the cup) are usually treatable with liposuction. In some cases, there is extra skin that needs to be removed. Exam in the office with a board-certified plastic surgeon is required to assess you and review your options.
By bra fat I assume you mean the roll just under the bra strap on your back. In most cases liposuction does the trick. Coolsculpt may be an option for some. Some patients (mostly those who have lost massive amounts of weight) also require removal of excess skin. Without photos or more information it is impossible to say what would be best in your specific case. There is one misconception you should be cleared of though and that is that liposuction is not surgery. It is. Many patients get into trouble when they approach liposuction like they are going to have their hair done. That is not surgery.
Excellent question sipota. Mostly it comes down to your exam. If your skin is otherwise in very good condition and tight, liposuction would be able to remove the excess fat and allow the skin to redrape and tighten a little as it heals down. If you have a lot of excess skin or the skin quality is lacking, then surgical excision may be better as liposuction alone may leave you with saggy wrinkly skin afterwards. Occasionally, patients are even candidates for non surgical fat reduction. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon for a formal evaluation and recommendation. Best of luck to you!!Dr. Max
Swelling after liposuction is extremely common, especially when performed on the lower extremities. However nearly 2 weeks after surgery, your swelling seems a bit extreme, and I recommend that you check in with your plastic surgeon for evaluation. It is probably normal swelling, but it is...
Layahrach. If your cardiologist has given you medical clearance to have general anesthesia, I am not quite sure why your surgeon has deemed you unacceptable with regards to health for this procedure. Be certain that your cardiologist has spoken to your plastic surgeon or get a second opinion f...

Creams can moisturize your skin, and assist with your massage of the treated areas. However, there really aren't any creams, oils or lotions that have been scientifically proven to help speed up "healing" or make swelling resolve faster.Best of luck with your recovery!
Check with your surgeon. You should be able to resume the medication after a couple of weeks. It is important to verify that your pulse and blood pressure are normal and stable.
