Cost can vary depending on your location, the surgeon, and the complexity of the surgery. In general, fixing a crooked nose is a very difficult procedure and it is not always possible to get the nose 100% straight. However, great improvements can still be made. The crooked nose is one of the more difficult things to repair in rhinoplasty.  Often times subtle deviations are seen throughout the entire nose.  In addition, there is often associated breathing issues with an externally deviated nose.  The cost of repair depends on the surgeon, the degree of functional impairment involved, type of insurance, etc.  Seek the best rhinoplasty surgeon you can find rather than trying to save money on this procedure.

 To straighten a fractured and twisted nose will still require osteotomies, rasping down any dorsal hump, and making sure the tip balances with the new bridge line. The cost of a rhinoplasty is variable depending upon where you live, and is composed of surgeon's fee, anesthesia fee, and the operating room fee.  Operating room fees and anesthesia fees are usually based on time.  Photos, of the nose, would help in the evaluation.  If the bridge is crooked, the nasal bones need to be broken during the Rhinoplasty in order to re-position them more in the midline.  This will require a plastic cast for a week and avoidance of any contact to the nose for at least 1 month.  Swelling can persist for 6-9 months and the more active, you are during this period, the longer the swelling remains.  Cost of Rhinoplasty depends on the reputation and experience of the Rhinoplasty Surgeon and go up as those factors increase.  Top Rhinoplasty Surgeons charge $7,500 - $10,000 for Rhinoplasty in this scenario in my opinion.  Hope this helps.
