Cost can vary depending on your location, the surgeon, and the complexity of the surgery. In general, fixing a crooked nose is a very difficult procedure and it is not always possible to get the nose 100% straight. However, great improvements can still be made.  To straighten a fractured and twisted nose will still require osteotomies, rasping down any dorsal hump, and making sure the tip balances with the new bridge line.
