At random times throughout the day, I experience spasms/tremors/sensations in the upper 1/3 of my nose. Sometimes I have been before a mirror as I experience these spasms, and the skin where the sensation is occuring visibly moves. It is more extreme than the tingling of attaching nerves that I experience. Is this a concern? Thank you.

There should be no problem using Rogaine for hair loss prior to rhinoplasty. I would recommend speaking with your surgeon prior to surgery and let him or her know about any medications or supplements you may be taking. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck.
