Hard Lump Between my Eyebrows After Rhinoplasty 2 Weeks Ago, What Could It Be?

I have a 2cm hard lump between my eyebrows. I had my Rhinoplasty done 14 days ago and I still have this hard bone like lump sticking out. It feels like a bone not swelling. Can anyone tell me what this could be??? I had septo/rhinoplasty. Could it be the pressure of my cast as my surgeon insisted leaving it on for 2 full weeks? or maybe the bone from my nose has shifted up? Suggestions appreciated. thanks

		This is most likely swelling that is firm, it is still very early to tell
	
		When you get the cast off, the swelling will come down and you can see exactly what it is
