I am almost 4 months post op from my 2nd lipo revision. Both were for missed fat around my belly button. The issue is that other places on my belly have little fat and loose skin and it appears my belly button has noticeable fat. I feel like a 4th would do more bad than good due to scar tissue. Would a tummy tuck or another procedure correct this. I have lost 80lbs since my first and am currently 134lbs a little under 5'7 late 20s. No kids, gained weight fast, lost weight over 3 yrs.
Answer: Correction of contour after multiple liposuctions and weight loss Thank you for your query. You seem to have loose skin more than residual fat after your liposuctions and weight loss. A tummy tuck is the best option to improve the contours of your abdomen. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!

Answer: Correction Hello, thank you for your question and the pics. Although you clearly have leftover fat from the previous procedure, including doughnut around the belly button, you have markedly loose skin on your abdomen, and liposuction works very poorly with your skin quality. My best advice is first, wait out the full year, your skin needs to get over your current inflammatory response, which will more clearly show where you would need to focus the correction. From what I see, you will need a tummy tuck or a mini tuck depending on your skin quality, and if using the mini tuck. I would recommend the use of renuvion (J Plasma) or Body tite in order to maximize the contraction of the skin.

Answer: You were never a liposuction candidate I would love to know who did this to you, but alas that's irrelevant. You'll need an abdominoplasty to get your abdomen the proper contours and tightness. If the person who did your liposuction is a plastic surgeon, please do not go back for a tummy tuck. Find a reputable surgeon with great results and a very low incision.

Answer: Breast lift and mini tummy tuck If you have lost 80 lbs. then it is possible that your breasts have descended as well. Unfortunately, you have not shown your breasts without a bra. However, there is a breast lift technique called The Bellesoma Method, which will lift the breasts higher and also lifts the upper abdomen. The reason I mention the breast lift is that it may clean up the excess skin of the upper abdomen and then you may only need a mini tummy tuck on the lower abdomen. Your other alternative is a full tummy tuck but since you are 20 years old and have no kids you may want to postpone this until after you have children because it may be damaged by pregnancy. Liposuction alone will not solve your problem. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Abdominal Contouring Sorry to read about your disappointment. At this point I would recommend allowing the "dust to settle" for another couple of months. Things likely will not change much but it will give us a better idea of the direction to move forth in the future. Judging by the photos you have sent, it does appear that you have some loose skin more so and that the best way forward in the future would be a tummy tuck. I would make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon that specializes in body contouring procedure. Hope that helps.
