Thank you for your question. I think there are two options. The first would be filler placement about once per year to help disguise contour irregularities. The second would entail revision rhinoplasty to reduce the prominence noted. The slight bulge in your right nasal sidewall is minimal. It’s not clear whether this is from filler or from cartilage. If it’s from filler, having it dissolved may lead to another indentation. Consider living with this. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
