I had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty (defatted tip but no tip work) back in 2017. I hit my nose while still in the cast and ended up having to do revision rhinoplasty to add cartlidge where didn’t heal properly. I ended up having a slight dorsal hump still and did filler to help. It’s been over a year, and one area on the side where the needle was inserted seems to protrude more, which caused my nose to look crooked in certain lighting. 3rd surgery is very risky, but what are my best options?
