I'm 5’1 F, slightly overweight but i don’t really think that affects my side profile because even when i was smaller it still looked like this, i was thinking a sliding genioplasty could really balance out my profile though i’m not sure if it can be achieved softly since my face is on the rounder side. I tested it with a few mock ups but what do y’all think?

Yes, the bone is technically healed after 6 weeks but definitely after 6 months. You will be able to see the cut on an xray for for a while, but it should eventually disappear.
Based on your pictures, it looks like you would benefit from a chin implant and a brow lift to get rid of the loose skin under your eyebrows and an eventual tip plasty.
