11 weeks post op. My surgeon said she opened up that right side more to even out my nipples during surgery. I went to see her a few days ago and she said to wear a supportive bra until healing completes and that I do have a slight bottoming out but doesn't think it will get worse, but said if I wanted to go back in for a capsulorrhaphy it would be an additional 6500. I just paid 10,000 11 weeks ago. Is this necessary? Should I be worried this will progress? I'm very stressed.

Thank you for your question.
There is no way for an MRI to detect this information on your implants; however, you may be able to ask for your operative report. The information should be listed within this. I recommend speaking with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
Then, ask you surgeon to drop to down to 225 or 200 cc's. This will give you just a little more than one cup increase over your natural size. What he/she proposes will drop you about one third of a cup in size.
Thank you for your question.
While you could get a breast lift to improve the aesthetic, gravity will eventually bring the implants back down to this position due to their large volume. I recommend speaking with your plastic surgeon to discuss your options and concerns.
