Thank you for your question. You’re right breast is slightly lower and more lateral than your left breast.Your breasts were very asymmetric before the operation. Your surgeon made significant improvements. It is still arguably too early to undergo a revision. Air vision would consist of tightening the capsule. Good luck.

bottoming out occurs when the implant falls below the current breast crease or inframammary line. It's more likely to happen with inframammary incisions, which is why I try not to use the inframammary approach to any breast surgery.
Bottoming out can also occur if an implant is too large for the breast pocket. That is why it is important to choose an implant size that's correct for your body. I perform numerous measurements in the office to determine optimal implant size for my patient's bodies.
If you are concerned, please check it with your plastic surgeon for reassurance and to further discuss your options and possibility of revision.

You are still early in the healing process and I suggest wearing an underwire bra to give more inferior support. At 6 months when healed, then discuss your concerns with her.

Your breast augmentation surgery was fairly recent. So, your implants have not yet found their final resting place and your capsules have not yet completely formed. These facts may change the way your breasts look 3 months from now. Follow your plastic surgeons instructions and be patient. Your result looks pretty good right now. If that implant further "bottoms out," you may require a capsulorrhaphy. Surgeon policies on revisionary surgery fees vary widely. Good luck!
