I’m 31, 1,72cm in height. I have 300cc Motiva high profile implants at the moment. I do regret not going bigger in the first place, and now my end results is not 100% what I was wishing for. I really want my gap to be closer, would a revised surgery make a difference in the gap? H While I was breastfeeding, I went up a cup and never had a gap like this. I feel guilty for not loving them. Maybe my expectations were too high. If I redo them, how many CC do you suggest?
Answer: Gap Just based on photos and not an examination, you will probably keep the gap unless fat transfers can be done to improve that area. Implants placed on top of the muscle can be brought a little more together. You also can go with a lower profile implant that is wider.

Answer: Wider diameter implant might be helpful. Thank you for your question. I would advise performing capsulotomy in the medial area, widening the implant pocket, and fat grafting to narrow the gap on the cleavage side and make the implant edge less visible.Using an implant with a wider diameter will also help to narrow the gap, but if you use Motiva, it would be better to use an implant of approximately Demi 360cc.

Answer: Breast augmentation. Thank you for your question. Based upon your pre-operative picture, your brass started wider apart. This can be corrected by more medial dissection when placing the implant. I would caution you from going much more than an additional hundred cc larger as your implant will start getting quite wide depending on the profile (projection ) that you choose. A highbred breast augmentation, or some fat is transferred, especially immediately, could have a great results for what you were looking for. Good luck.

Answer: Revision surgery breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: 31, 172cm, 300cc, would a bigger implant improve wide gap between my breasts? (Photos) You may in fact be happier with a lower profile and wider implant as an option even if you go up or down in cc volume. A full consultation would be necessary and I recommend you work with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
