One implant moves to the side when laying down. Can this be fixed by tightening the breast pocket? How does this procedure work?

What is involved in tightening the breast implant pocket? can you go in through the armpit for minimal scarring? Is it best to switch out the implant at this time? One side moves over too much when I lay down and implant feels displaced when I am laying on that side. Everything looks good when I am upright
