One implant moves to the side when laying down. Can this be fixed by tightening the breast pocket? How does this procedure work?

What is involved in tightening the breast implant pocket? can you go in through the armpit for minimal scarring? Is it best to switch out the implant at this time? One side moves over too much when I lay down and implant feels displaced when I am laying on that side. Everything looks good when I am upright

You might do best with removing the implants and trying fat transfers for now. Once healed, then consider implants again, but avoid large heavy implants.

Yes, you do need a lift since your own tissue is sagging. an examination is needed to see if the implants need to be released to settle down more or if they are in the correct position.
