I had my original breast augmentation 275cc silicone, in 2017. I bottomed out on left side a month after surgery, but then the left side developed a bad contracture and lifted. My right breast bottomed out badly in 2019. I had revision surgery in 2021 to fix the ruptured implant for capsular contracture, and bottom out on my right side. Now my right side has a contracture and my left side is bottomed out. My surgeon used galaflex and internal stitching. The results look terrrible, now what?

Breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many...
You are still early in the healing process and I suggest wearing an underwire bra to give more inferior support. At 6 months when healed, then discuss your concerns with her.
