Hi:To improve the alignment of the two side front teeth, veneer is a appropriate quick option.  However, to align the crowding and make your upper teeth more symetrical I would suggest orthodontic treatment.  Best of luck.

Yes placing porcelain veneers on your two lateral will improve your symmetry and smile.  Also, I feel that your two front veneers are too large in comparison to your other teeth, I would have your dentist recontour them.  Good luck.
