I have lost 120 lbs through simply diet & exercise and have kept the weight off for 10+ years. At that time I had lipo done in the thigh region in my mid twenties to eliminate the chafing, the annoying chub rub for functionality and exercise. Although my thighs got thinner the skin never fully retracted back. I want to be able to look and feel completely sexy for the first time in my life and wear a bikini without covering. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find some average costs of surgery on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites as well.In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.Be very careful with your decision-making. Answer: How much for an inner thigh lift Congrats on your weight loss. You should be very proud of your accomplishments. Whenever I see a massive weight loss patient I like to discuss a surgical plan which would include other areas that you might want treated, if they haven't already been done. You may want to consider breast lift and implants, arm lift abdominoplasty and or total body lift, and so on. As far as the inner thigh lift the surgical fee ranges from 5000 to 6000 depending on the type of thigh lift done and the OR and anesthesia fees would add another 2500. I would suggest seeing several doctors in consultation and many of us do not charge for the consultation. Good luck, Dr. Schuster in Boca Raton.
