Hello and thank you for your question. I specialize in post massive weight loss body and the procedure most resembling a circumferential thigh lift would be a spiral thigh lift. This often times is performed at the same time a a lower body lift. It is for patients with skin laxity in the upper third of the inside and outside of the leg. There is no scar, nor does it help along the lower two thirds of the inside of the leg, which is what a medial thigh lift is. The medial thigh lift can go as low or as far as the ankle, is often done with an oblique groin incision.
