I have my BBL coming up and I hurt one of my butt cheeks causing bruising about 2 inches in length. It’s already turning from purple to green/yellow but am I still able to get the procedure with the bruise?
Answer: BBl with a bruise in the area Thank you for your query . The bruising, that I see in the picture, is fairly mild. Although I would wait for 3 to 4 weeks after any injury before doing a fat transfer in the area , other surgeons may have different views. It would be best to discuss your concerns with your surgeon and follow his/her advice. All the best!

Answer: BBL with current bruising Hello and thank you for your question. Given your current level of bruising if very minor and superficial, I would personal have no issues continuing on with your surgical plan as scheduled. Usually, large/deep or unexplained bruisings may be just cause for pause and possible further work up prior to surgery., Thank you and good luck!

Answer: Bruise and BBL Having a bruise on your buttocks should not prevent you from proceeding with your BBL, especially since the bruise appears to be superficial and is already healing. However, it is important to inform your surgeon about the bruise before the procedure. As long as you're not experiencing significant pain, infection, or worsening of the bruise, you should be able to proceed with the surgery as planned. Consult directly with your plastic surgeon to confirm whether they feel comfortable moving forward with the procedure given your specific condition. Answer: Bruise shouldn't be an issue in this case This bruise appears to be resolving well. A bruise on the buttocks alone, assuming you are otherwise in good health, is not a contraindication to getting a BBL. I recommend informing your board certified plastic surgeon about this prior to surgery. As long as you are feeling well, and not experiencing any pain or signs of infection, or worsening of the bruising, you should be able to tolerate the procedure well.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear :Easygoing61198, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like your bruise is superficial and it won't affect your surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
