Mottled skin is common after lipo due to broken and damaged blood vessels beneath the skin but should resolve well before the two-year mark. You should talk to your plastic surgeon about your concerns, or consult with another surgeon if that makes you more comfortable. I would also recommend consulting with a dermatologist, who may be better able to address concerns about your skin’s appearance. Laser treatments or other noninvasive therapies may be able to help you.

I am sorry that you have to deal with this issue. When it comes to pigmentation issues usually an IPL/BBL laser works great and will likely give you reasonable results. You might have to undergo multiple sessions though.
