Dear Doctors, I am 18 years old and have experienced receding hairline and hair loss. My mom pointed it out to me for not more than a year ago. Since then I've been thinking about it all the time. And don't want to end up like the men from my father's and mother's side. I don't want to get a hair transplant, that's a no go from me. So I was hoping you could help me by answering my question.
