Regenera Activa Vs PRP/Microneedling: which one is the most effective?

I'm 39 female with hair thinning on crown and hairline. I'm looking at PRP/Microneedling sessions however Im interested in Regenera Activa. I know there is a lot of debate around the two treatments. Based on clinical studies, which one is in fact more effective?

You need a formal evaluation to see what type of hair loss you may have. when you have hairless its best to do a full hormonal workup for internal optimization plus scalp biopsies or scrapings to rule out any stress related, inflammatory, autoimmune or infectious causes of hair loss. In general most people with early hair loss have telogen (stress related) and/or androgenetic (normal aging) and both can be treated with in office treatments like steroid injections, PRP/acell, Exosomes and at home treatments like oral medications, oral vitamins like Viviscal, topical exfoliating sprays like Restorsea, and weekly growth factors like anteagemd.  See an expert for an evaluation. If hair loss is significant it may requires hair transplant (follicular unit translation).

We don’t have good comparative data. Not everyone responds to PRP and not everyone responds to Regenera. There is one main technique for Regenera nowadays but over 1000 different ways of doing PrP. There is no single PrP technique which makes comparisons very difficult. I see patients get better, get worse and not benefit at all. The only way to know right now is trial and error.
