Is PRP recommended for CTE? Some say yes some say no (Photo)

It's been almost 4 years I'm suffering from CTE with eyelashes and eyebrows shading! Im really looking for a treatment that will help me get through it with less damage an suffering instead of waiting years without doing anything about it. Vitamin doesn't help anymore. I don't take rogaine I'm against this medication. I prefer natural haircare, PRP or meso. What do you recommend even if no guarantee ? Each shower is a nightmare i lost 50% of my hair.

So finasteride is currently fda approved for treatment of male pattern balding but prp is not although there is alot of good clinical data supporting that it works for male pattern balding. As for the side effects with finasteride you have to speak to your doctor and see what is best for you....
