Im really looking for a treatment that will help me get through it with less damage an suffering instead of waiting years without doing anything about it. Vitamin doesn't help anymore. I don't take rogaine I'm against this medication. I prefer natural haircare, PRP or meso. What do you recommend even if no guarantee ? Each shower is a nightmare i lost 50% of my hair.
