I specialize in vaginal rejuvenation surgeries and treatments, from vaginoplasty and clitorial hood reduction to labial augmentation, Votiva/ThermiVa, and MonaLisa Touch. At my practice in Dallas, Texas, I have personally performed more than 2,000 cosmetic vaginal surgeries to restore patients’ bodies following changes related to childbirth, aging, and genetics. One of the most common surgical procedures I perform is labiaplasty, which can remove excess tissue and create a more youthful appearance. Not only does this help many patients feel more confident, it can increase the pleasure of sex and eliminate the discomort some women feel when wearing tight-fitting clothing or participating in activities like horseback riding or spin. I also frequently perform vaginoplasty, a surgical procedure that reduces the diameter of a woman’s vaginal canal and opening, improving sensation and—when combined with the right techniques—helping with incontinence.

A lot changes as we grow older, including our ability to orgasm. Because aging tissue in the vagina and around the G-spot or clitoris can decrease sexual satisfaction, we offer the O-Shot at my Dallas, Texas practice. This nonsurgical injectable treatment restores tissues, decreases vaginal dryness, and gives you a better chance of orgasm. Hormonal imbalance is another common cause of low sex drive and discomfort during intercourse. For these patients, we offer BioTE, a type of hormone therapy that balances your hormone levels to increase energy, lose weight, improve sleep, and invigorate your sex drive. When using BioTE, bio-identical pellets that are about the size of a grain of rice are placed under the skin near the hip three times per year. As the pellet dissolves, it provides a predictable release of the hormones that the patient needs.
