Your photos do not look normal. It is best to contact your doctor for a follow up.  It may be grafts coming out.

This is not normal and you should go and see a doctor. This is either some kind of infection like folliculitus or possibly your grafts being rejected. Either way it is not a standard result and should be looked at as soon as possible.
