Acne breakout after ResurFX/IPL - 7 days post. (Photo)

I am day 7 post dual fraxel. I am still irritated and having a decent acne breakout. I have been on doxycycline x 2 days and am on a new topical regimen that has calmed my skin a lot. I am worried that the acne is not going away and that I am still mildly inflammed! Should I be worried?

This is hyperpigmentation from the treatment.  This can happen in certain skin types but is not permanent and should resolve.  Make sure to wear sunscreen regularly and you can start a lightening agent such as hydroquinone to expedite healing.
