Face is looking darker after ResurFX. Is this permanent?

I got my third sitting of Resurfx done some 10 days ago. First 2 sittings were ok and my skin looked better and fairer. Third sitting according to the doctor was pf high intensity and not after almost 10 days my face is looking darker. This did not happened after my first and second treatment.. Is this permanent? How to remove thus tan kind of pigmentation from my face

ResurFX is a very effective resurfacing laser that will remove hyperpigmenation and rejuvenate the skin by triggering the production of new collagen. Sometimes people with fair skin have transient darkening after treatment. This tends to resolve within a few weeks. If your skin doesn’t look better two weeks from now, please consult the board-certified dermatologist who treated you. However, I suspect that two weeks from now, you will be quite pleased with your results.

This is hyperpigmentation from the treatment.  This can happen in certain skin types but is not permanent and should resolve.  Make sure to wear sunscreen regularly and you can start a lightening agent such as hydroquinone to expedite healing.
