Can I have ResurFX (1565nm) and skin needling performed in a single treatment?

Thanks for your good question and I am happy to hear you are seeing good results with the combination of the ResurFX and microneedling. RF microneedling combines heating from radiofrequency energy with the microneedling process. This treatment is an excellent choice for rejuvenating the skin with natural collagen production, while firming skin from the inside out. In our office, we have a device similar to the Infini called the Intracel. It is my go-to device for acne scars and deep textural problems. Both Infini and Intracel transmit heat much deeper and more focused than regular microneedling. Usually three to six treatments are needed, depending on the depth of the problem. If you are interested in the procedure, I recommend you schedule an appointment with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist who has extensive experience in these treatments for an in-person assessment and personalized treatment plan. Infini is fractional radio frequency microneedling that uses very fine needles to deliver heat to precise, predetermined depths in the skin. It works wonderfully to tighten loose skin and improve the quality of acne scars by stimulating the production of new collagen. Multiple treatments are necessary to achieve great results but there is little down-time to the procedure. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist who can determine if you are a candidate for Infini.

Hi Rach0515,When you say needling, are you referring to microneedling with PRP? This is also popularly known as the vampire special. Studies show that come skin conditions like pock marks do better with this treatment than microneedling with RF. If you are achieving great results now with ResurFx and "needling", I suggest finishing your series of treatments before considering Infini.
