Which is better? Sciton Erbium Laser vs ResurFX?

I want to make a treatment to improve the tone of my skin and two doctors recommend both equipment but which is the best?

Very good question. Both the Sciton Erbium and ResurFX are excellent devices for rejuvenating the skin and addressing a variety of specific concerns. The Sciton erbium has a wider range of possible depths, from very superficial refreshment to reduction of deep wrinkles, while the ResurFx is non-ablative and allows for fast healing. As long as you are working with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist who has  multiple devices to choose from, you should receive a very good outcome. I would be more concerned about the expertise and experience of the provider than the actual device used, as a skilled cosmetic dermatologist will have the knowledge to tailor your treatment to your precise needs. Highly dependent on the the Specialist, not the device. This is because both devices can be used to improve your skin tone as well as textural changes.
